Catch-up contributions
Employees age 50 and older may contribute above the standard IRS limit, and the calculator applies the higher limit automatically based on the age you enter. Beginning in 2026, an employee whose Social Security wages from Club Car Wash in the prior calendar year were more than $150,000 must make catch-up contributions as Roth (after-tax) contributions. That changes how those dollars are taxed, not how much goes into the account, so the amounts shown here are the same either way. Club Car Wash also offers Roth 401(k) contributions generally.
Employer matching contributions
The employer match is a discretionary matching contribution determined by Club Car Wash. The amount and formula are set by the employer and communicated to participants, and they may change. The governing plan documents, the employer's matching contribution instructions, payroll records, and the recordkeeper's calculations control in all cases.
